  You could also get liposuction to get rid of that extra body fat. Of course we've all seen TV shows about botched cosmetic surgeries, and any surgery carries a risk. Why get liposuction or a stomach stapling unless you're extrememly overweight.

  To lose that extra bodyfat, you could actually put some work into it. Learning how to eat the right foods and following an exercise routine is the best way to lose weight and bodyfat naturally. Doing these things to lose that extra bodyfat will also give you more of a sense of accomplishment and are safer than the above options.
